Welcome back to the Torti-Tabloids AKA Tabby Tuesd Welcome back to the Torti-Tabloids AKA Tabby Tuesday spotlight! 🚨🚨JAILBREAK🚨🚨 A recent drop off from one of our animal control partners decided to celebrate the new How to Train Your Dragon movie by channeing his inner Night Fury powers - and disappearing - taking volunteers on a wild chase! This ferocious midnight kitty was on the run for quite a while until two of our teammates were able to apprehend him mid-flight while attempting to scale one of the kennels in room A. We were impressed with his ability to evade capture and are considering names such as Hoodini, Fugitive, and Toothless... Cane walks with a slight limp. A subtle reminder o Cane walks with a slight limp. A subtle reminder of just how far he’s come. 🧡 You may remember Cane’s story. He was the kitten rescued as Atlanta prepared for hurricane Helene. He had a large hernia that required emergency surgery arranged by FCPGA. After he recovered, Cane was placed in a foster home and was later diagnosed with a displaced patella. The vets say it won’t be a problem for Cane and he’s just as active and healthy as any other one year old.😺 After such a rough start, Cane deserves an amazing, loving home where he can continue to thrive.
